Shipping & order help

Domestic Standard shipping is based on the combined order weight, with rates from $2.50 to $18. Available shipping options and your final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Damaged or incorrect items

Thimbleleaf accepts return or exchange requests only for items that arrive damaged or when you receive an incorrect item. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thimbleleafco@gmail.com or through our contact form.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging, if available, will help us review your request. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide next steps.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
